| Report: | A good evenings squash saw Hythe coming out on top. Tom was just too tricky for Simon and Ray started well and should have closed things out at 2-0 and 7-5 in the 3rd. Mark, however showed great resiliance and came back taking the match at 9-7 in the 5th. Phil then ran and ran and ran finally seeing off Ben in 4 close and rather loose games. Andy then quickly despatched the challenge of Jim. Finally a marathon saw Glenn come back from 2-0 to beat a frustrated John 9-7 in the 5th. 4-1 to Hythe ! A good evening ended with a couple of beers and some nice food (thank you Ali). |
