| Report: | Good competitive match with a good bunch of lads. Dave H blew hot and cold and eventually put me out of my misery. Matt just had too much on the day for Rob. Matt had been struggling all week but JV worked him hard in the first and then kept him at length for the rest of the match. Robbo finished comfortably after a spirited fight from Paul returning after decades out of the game. Matt's solid dropping saw him edge out our out-of-sorts youngster Dave B. Beautiful green peas for dinner with lasagne and chips accompaniment. |
