I got off to a somewhat slow start going 2 down but managed to pull myself together and battle back to win it 3-2. Chris and Lucy had some cracking rallies with Chris taking it 3-0. Sany and Dan also had a 5 game battle with Dan just being a bit too strong in the 5th. Up stepped Jake at 2. Jake cruised to a 2-0 lead but Simon wasn't having any of it taking the 3rd and running up a 7-3 lead in the 4th. Jake rallied back though forcing it to a tiebreak eventually taking the match 10-8. With the overall match in the bag Sam and Nick finished off the night. A competitive match but Nick looked to always have it under control and took it 3-1. Bonus match at 6 where Bhim and Rosie has a friendly. I think Bhim took it 2-1. Some great matches and looking forward to the return leg.
